To request a Resale/Certificate of Assessment (COA) package, please complete the form in its entirety, click the “Submit” button, then the form will be emailed to us directly.

Payments can be made via check or money order at the time of the request. **Make checks payable to ClearView HOA Management LLC and mail them to 4111-e Rose Lake Drive, Ste #9746, Charlotte, NC 28217**. No refunds will be made after the documents are delivered.

All requests will be processed within five business days of receipt. Requests received after 5:00 PM will be stamped as received on the next business day. The information in the Resale Certificate/Certificate of Assessment is valid for thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Requests will not be processed without an anticipated closing date and payment.
